Nathan LaFever, BSN, RN
My name is Nathan LaFever, Founder of LaFever Aesthetics, proudly serving the beautiful Sonoma/Marin area.
With more than 20 years of nursing experience spanning Intensive Care, Emergency Nursing, Organ Procurement Services, and Hospital Operations, I bring a strong clinical foundation and unwavering commitment to patient safety and exceptional care to every treatment I provide.
I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of aesthetic practice through extensive continuing education and advanced hands-on training throughout the year. To remain at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, I have trained with nationally and internationally recognized leaders and educators in the field, learning the latest evidence-based techniques, technologies, and treatment protocols. This ongoing commitment to professional development allows me to deliver safe, effective, and personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique goals.
My transition into aesthetics has been both exciting and incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about helping clients look and feel their best by enhancing natural beauty, building confidence, and supporting overall wellness through individualized treatment plans.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Gian Tricomi D.O.
Dr. Gian Tricomi views his career as a physician as an ever-evolving journey that has allowed him to positively impact many lives while deepening his understanding of his own. He embraces a philosophy of mutual growth, where the care he provides to others and himself intertwines. Dr. Tricomi’s foray into aesthetics began with a MedAesthetics course in injections, where his initial apprehension gave way to admiration for the art of enhancing natural beauty. He likens the transformative process of aesthetic medicine to an artist's work, drawing a parallel to Michelangelo’s creation of "David" as he admires the collaboration between nature, medicine, technology, and his patients.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Tricomi fosters an egalitarian, team-based approach. He believes no one individual has all the answers and seeks to leverage the diverse experiences and expertise of the providers he supervises. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, where the uniqueness of each team member is valued, and solutions are tailored to each situation. Dr. Tricomi creates a sense of belonging and appreciation within his team, ensuring that all individual's contributions are celebrated.
Tasha Kane, RN
Hi, my name is Tasha Kane, and I am a Registered Nurse Injector at LaFever Aesthetics and owner of TK Aesthetics. I grew up in Marin County and have been a resident of Sonoma County for over 20 years. I have had the privilege of practicing as a Registered Nurse in both areas.
I have always had a passion for Aesthetic Nursing by being able to help people look and feel their best. My goal is to provide individualized care while maintaining a natural beauty and uniqueness.
